On the property, in an organic farming system (certified by ECOCERT sas – BP 47 – 32600 L ‘Isle-Jourdain), we produce: black truffles, saffron crocus, grapevine peaches, cherries, and hazelnuts.

The company is dedicated to: production, processing and trade of organic foodstuffs, welcome orchard’s visitors and managing a gourmet bio-food store. The processing laboratory and “liquoristery” of ongoing project will also be certified « AB ».
